OUR MISSION
BLZine & RZine
(mind not the muckrats)
FOR THE MONETARILY DELAYED, THE SKEPTICAL, AND THE SLOWLY CONVINCED
Bitcoin Laggard Zine exists for the people who did not get Bitcoin immediately.
Some ignored it. Some mocked it. Some bought too late. Some sold too early. Some kept their coins on exchanges. Some still think a seed phrase is a gardening instruction. Most are not stupid. They are normal people trying to understand a strange monetary invention through a fog of bad headlines, worse influencers, price mania, and jargon.
THIS PUBLICATION GIVES THE LAGGARD A PLACE TO BEGIN AGAIN.
We are a satirical and educational Bitcoin publication for skeptics, late bloomers, cautious savers, reluctant holders, and people who want to learn without being recruited into a personality cult.
We publish essays, cartoons, fake classifieds, reader letters, custody reminders, media autopsies, historical notes, beginner guides, and slow arguments for monetary patience.
We try to explain Bitcoin in plain language, with jokes, without pretending that confusion is a moral failure.

Editor’s note: If anyone promises you guaranteed returns, instant riches, or “secret Bitcoin strategies,” they do not work here.
Why Bitcoin Only?
BECAUSE BITCOIN IS ALREADY ENOUGH WORK.
Bitcoin has its own history, vocabulary, technical structure, monetary claims, custody risks, cultural arguments, and failure modes. Mixing it with every speculative token, app-chain, celebrity coin, and yield contraption usually makes beginners more confused, not less.
Bitcoin Laggard Zine uses “crypto” mostly as a fog machine we are trying to walk readers out of. We focus on Bitcoin so readers can learn one thing deeply instead of twenty things badly.
You might be a laggard if you heard about Bitcoin years ago and dismissed it, bought some and never withdrew it, tried to understand mining and gave up, believed a confident headline, sold during panic, avoided the topic because the loudest people were unbearable, or still suspect there is something important here but do not know where to begin.
Being a laggard is not a moral flaw. It is a starting point.
Q : Who Is a Laggard?
A : laggard is not necessarily late in time. A laggard is late to clarity.
